Sales Director (Media) leads end-to-end sales across a defined U.S. territory, driving direct and programmatic revenue growth for JOLT’s DOOH and media network. Responsibilities include prospecting and negotiating with agencies, brands, and platform partners; building senior-level relationships; managing renewals and upsell; coordinating programmatic activation (PMP) and performance optimization; analyzing sales data and market trends to shape strategy; delivering tailored media solutions, and ensuring campaigns activate on time and stay within budget. Requires 7+ years of sales/advertising experience in DOOH or digital media, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong negotiation and communication skills, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and willingness to travel within the U.S. The role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA, with no visa sponsorship and a compensation range of $125,000–$135,000 plus quarterly bonus and equity.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales or advertising experience in DOOH or digital media
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Willingness to travel within the United States
