Drive pre-tender activities, ensure disciplined execution across pricing, contracts, and delivery, and collaborate with regions and functions while providing performance updates to senior leadership. Requirements include a degree in Business or Engineering and several years in senior sales roles, with a proven track record in key account management, complex negotiations, international collaboration, and strong stakeholder management; fluency in German and English; EU work authorization is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in senior sales roles within industrial or technology-driven environments
  • Proven track record in key account management and complex commercial negotiations
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in German & English
  • A legal work permit in the EU is required
