Job Summary
Sales Director, Lakebase Sales Specialists to lead a regional team responsible for growing the Databricks Lakebase business in South EMEA. The role involves managing a high-performing team, partnering with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and regional Sales Leadership to drive revenue growth, build a healthy pipeline, and support modernization of legacy databases onto the Databricks platform. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching the Lakebase Sales Specialists, executing the Developer and Platform Sales Motion, leading architecture workshops and developer engagement, establishing trusted relationships with regional CIOs/CTOs and platform leaders, collaborating with cloud providers, SIs, and ISVs to accelerate adoption, and providing field feedback to Product and GTM. The candidate should have proven enterprise software/SaaS/cloud platform sales experience, experience leading enterprise sales or specialist teams, ability to translate complex platform capabilities into business value, and excellent communication skills in French and English.
