Job Summary
Sales Director for North America leading a remote-capable executive sales team in the health, wellness, nutraceutical, and functional ingredient space. Responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, strategic account management, cross-functional collaboration, and development of annual targets and budgets across branded products and ingredient solutions. Leads and coaches the NA sales team, drives KPIs and commercial priorities, fuels new business development, maintains key accounts, and partners with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure commercial success across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or another relevant technical discipline
- 10+ years of commercial experience within the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or health ingredients industry
- Strong network within the North American dietary supplement industry
- Strong business development and strategic account management experience
- Experience leading and developing sales teams while maintaining direct customer responsibility
- Ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling commercial value propositions
- MBA or advanced business education is a plus
