Job Summary

Sales Director leading and mentoring a sales team within a leading integrated multi-channel apparel company. Responsible for managing sales operations, driving relationship-building with Buyers and Accounts, overseeing performance and KPIs, growing current business while pursuing new opportunities, meeting and exceeding sales, shipping, and margin goals, building forecasts, managing inquiries, and maintaining industry networks. Requires strong leadership, strategic selling, excellent presentation and communication skills, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with retail math and retailer processes.
