Job Summary
Sales Director for Japan to build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across carriers, distributors, and retailers; lead the Japan Sales team; drive sell-in/sell-through and inventory management per product/account; plan local promotional campaigns; analyze competitors; collaborate with GM and global teams to align sales strategy; requires significant sales experience in consumer tech, deep knowledge of mobile/audio/tech industries, and bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English; responsible for achieving growth targets and KPIs.
