Job Summary
Own and achieve the annual new business quota within your assigned international market segment, generating a strong self-sourced pipeline above marketing-generated leads. Execute end-to-end deal operations for core enterprise accounts without escalation, converting partner and reseller relationships into qualified opportunities while maintaining high win rates and real-time CRM accuracy. Advance assigned pipeline opportunities using structured methodologies like ValueSelling to reveal underlying customer needs and manufacture urgency. Collaborate across global teams to refine deal drivers, pivot strategies, and analyze win/loss rationale. This individual contributor role requires 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, operates across time zones with US leadership, and involves approximately 50% onsite travel.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience delivering consistent multi-year quota attainment in a high-ACV, long-cycle sales motion
- Proven track record of successfully selling across multiple European or international markets
- Deep domain knowledge of the media industry and established credibility with media software buyers
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across time zones with US-based leadership and support functions
- Expertise in structured sales methodologies such as ValueSelling and MEDDPICC
- Rigorous commitment to forecast and pipeline accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to reveal underlying customer business needs and manufacture urgency where no forced customer event exists
- Commercial acumen to structure and negotiate multi-year enterprise software agreements covering SaaS licensing, implementation, and custom development components
- Collaborative, curious, and driven mindset with a proven history of running deals as team pursuits across Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Professional Services
- Willingness to maintain an international travel and industry event schedule (approximately 50% onsite travel)
