Job Summary
The Sales Director for Hotel Services at Encore is responsible for directing a sales team to manage customer event experiences and achieve revenue goals. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing relationships with hotel personnel, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Essential responsibilities include revenue generation through forecasting and quota setting, leading the sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline, and tracking performance metrics in CRM systems. Candidates must possess strong sales leadership experience, technical proficiency, and communication skills, with a bachelor's degree or related work experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or 3+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervision or leadership experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in audiovisual, technology or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales process required in addition to the ability to read and decipher financial reports and records
- Technical aptitude, computer proficiency and CRM knowledge required; prefer CAD and Oracle knowledge
- Superior communication and presentation skills
