Job Summary
Sales Director – Gas & Petrochemical in Europe leads regional commercial strategy and multi-country sales across New Builds and Aftermarket, driving harmonized pricing, market alignment, and KAM framework deployment. Responsibilities include shaping Europe-wide strategy, coordinating with country teams and global functions, accelerating aftermarket growth, and ensuring delivery excellence while navigating regulatory environments. Critical competencies include senior leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to operate across diverse European markets; travel across Europe (60%+). The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline, extensive commercial leadership experience in Gas & Petrochemical in Europe, multi-country sales management experience, English fluency, and additional European language skills are a plus.

- Extensive experience of commercial leadership experience in Gas & Petrochemical or adjacent industries, ideally within Europe
- Proven success in managing multi-country sales organizations
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
- Availability to travel 60%+ across Europe and IMI PA locations
