Job Summary
Director-level luxury sales role responsible for self-generating a healthy pipeline through outreach, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals to meet sales targets. Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to drive client engagement and brand awareness within assigned Europe regions; build and maintain long-term client relationships with top-tier clients; adapt to evolving sales cycles; leverage opportunities from PR, partnerships, and Flexjet events; onboard new customers with Owner Services; utilize consultative sales to negotiate and close deals efficiently. Requires strong communication, project-management, aviation knowledge or willingness to learn, MS Office proficiency, and a self-motivated, results-oriented approach. Travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Extensive experience in selling high-value goods or services.
- Ability to travel
