Job Summary
Own Europe commercial motion for Veloq, leading consultative sales of warehouse automation and software solutions across Europe. Build and deepen a defined ICP and pipeline, close the first major enterprise customers, and establish a repeatable sales motion that can scale. Translate complex capabilities into customer-specific value, build relationships with senior decision-makers across grocery, retail and 3PL, and work closely with the CEO on pricing and major negotiations. Lead and develop the commercial team, shape the sales playbook from ICP to buyer personas, and represent Veloq at industry events to build brand presence and pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or supply chain / logistics technology sales
- At least 5 years in senior commercial and/or hunter roles
- Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas at €1M+ ARR
- Strong experience selling into retail, grocery or logistics operations at C-level / VP level
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation and e-grocery economics
- Proven people management experience
- Consultative technical sales background
- Strong hunter mentality
- Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles (6–18 months)
- Fluent English
