Job Summary
Sales Director Europe - AI-Solutions: Lead European market expansion for AI-driven decisioning SaaS, positioning complex AI/ML use cases to C-Level executives, and driving value-based deals. Responsible for enterprise-focused growth in Telecom and BFSI sectors, building business cases, coordinating with partners and system integrators, and steering multi-party negotiations (SaaS, Cloud Deployment, performance-linked pricing). Requires strong fluency in German and English, 5+ years in Enterprise Solution Sales (SaaS) with a track record in AI/Marketing-Tech/Analytics, and a mindset to actively build a market, plus the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. MBA or equivalent preferred; remote-ready with 100% home office in Germany or the Netherlands.
