Job Summary
Sales Director East Coast responsible for developing and closing new business to expand Strike Social’s client base, driving revenue growth, and evangelizing the Strike Social platform. Must be a proactive hunter with the ability to build and manage an individual pipeline, exceed personal sales targets, and cultivate executive-level relationships within targeted accounts. Requires deep knowledge of digital media and paid social platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok), strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to operate in a remote East Coast environment. Reports to the Managing Director, North America.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of digital media experience selling to brands, agencies, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, OLV
- Existing relationships with senior media agency decision makers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Hunter mentality and ability to close new business
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Boostr, Pipedrive, Outreach)
- Understanding of the evolving social media landscape
- Solution-oriented mindset to handle objections and close deals
