Job Summary
Lead a UKI Digital Natives sales team by coaching and developing a high-performing group of Account Executives (7) to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals. Establish a high-accountability, high-support culture with strong pipeline quality, forecast discipline, and execution rhythm. Partner with Solutions Architecture, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Partners to drive customer outcomes across digital native accounts, engaging with executive stakeholders, and navigating complex technical buying motions. Drive territory strategy, resource alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance, while shaping leadership within the team and building an internal bench. Demonstrate strong hunting instincts, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-evolving, cross-functional, cloud/data/AI-focused environment. Represent Databricks as a credible sales leader, influence messaging and strategy, and foster a diverse, inclusive culture that supports talent development and sales success.
