Job Summary

Sales Director responsible for leading the CSL Selling with Noble Purpose sales process to generate leads and move-ins for the community. Manages community census by initiating and nurturing relationships with community organizations, hospitals, and referral sources, ensuring the community’s image and reputation align with company values. Develops and executes Quarterly Revenue Plans, coordinates tours and admissions, maintains leads and activity in the sales database, collaborates with Executive Director on external business development, and builds lasting relationships with residents, families, and referral partners. Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently; emphasizes leadership in sales culture, confidentiality, regulatory understanding for assisted living operations, and active participation in industry events and community outreach.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field or at least two years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of the workings and operation of the long-term care industry
  • Genuine interest in improving the lives of seniors and families
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal, written, public presenting and interpersonal communication skills
