Job Summary
The Sales Director will drive the community's sales efforts and lead the development and execution of the quarterly marketing plan to achieve occupancy goals, maintaining accurate leads and waitlists, conducting competitive and demographic analyses, and building relationships with referral sources. Responsibilities include planning and hosting marketing events, coordinating inquiry follow-up to convert leads into residents, and supervising the sales team. Key skills include strong customer service and hospitality, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, ability to persuade and network, independent decision-making, budget and expense control, and ensuring compliance with policies and ethics. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience (3 years preferred)
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Must have reliable transportation or willingness to travel as needed
