Job Summary
Sales Director responsible for consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals in a senior living environment. Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls via telephone and email to qualify leads, articulate service benefits, convert inquiries to appointments, and drive move-ins. Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and families, support outreach activities, and uphold safety protocols. Requires experience with older adults, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years or older (per Title 22)
- Experience working with older adults or vulnerable populations
- Compassionate, patient, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
