Job Summary
Sales Director - Branded Foodservice responsible for directing strategic sales across U.S. National Foodservice Commercial Chains and Non-Commercial Foodservice, leading a national team of account executives, overseeing P&L for National Commercial Chains over $150M and Non-Commercial Foodservice over $250M, and collaborating with ELT to meet net sales, margin and profit objectives. Key duties include developing strategic business plans, guiding cross-functional resources, achieving pricing objectives to protect/grow gross margin, removing barriers for the sales team, managing high-level customer relationships, leading contract negotiations, coordinating with Finance, Marketing, ACE and Supply Chain, mentoring direct reports, and participating in regional/global coordination (EMEA & APAC). Required: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in food sales, leadership experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders; Preferred: MBA; US-based base salary range $140,610–$253,080; no visa sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field
- 10+ years of food industry sales experience; business to business experience required
- Experience in Leading and Developing teams
- General understanding of US Branded Foodservice market, products, processes, competitors, and customers needed
