Job Summary
Sales Director responsible for end-to-end regional sales of Steel Structures, overseeing sales and marketing, sales rep management, alliance partner relationships, EPC customer management, RFQ management, new customer development, backlog forecasting, and cross-functional coordination to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Develops strategy using industry knowledge and competitive analysis, manages production-space planning with backlogs, leads quote processes for non-aligned customers, and travels up to 50% to industry events and customer sites. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of sales/marketing experience, technical sales acumen, strong communication, and proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders while driving revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. preferred) from a four-year college or university
- 10+ years sales and marketing experience
- Technical sales experience (Engineering background strongly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel 50%
