Job Summary
Own and execute sales strategy for global agencies and independent networks, build relationships with holding companies, COEs, and agency leadership, and lead full-cycle enterprise sales from diagnosis to closing new logos. Evangelize an AI-powered marketing platform, educate agency leaders on AI opportunities, collaborate with product/marketing on collateral and case studies, influence pricing/packaging/GTM motions, represent the company at agency meetings and events, and manage pipeline to hit ambitious quotas. Requires 5+ years in platform, data, or media sales to agencies, a proven enterprise deals track record, deep understanding of digital media/ad tech/marketing platforms, AI familiarity or strong interest, and willingness to travel. The role is based in New York with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of platform, data, or media sales into agency holding companies
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals and hitting revenue targets
- Ability to navigate complex agency organizations and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong understanding of digital media, ad tech, or marketing platforms
- Familiarity with AI—or a deep interest and willingness to learn fast
- Consultative, strategic, and comfortable educating clients on new technology
- Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient—comfortable selling as an early IC on a small but elite team
- Willingness to travel as needed for pitches, meetings, and industry events
