Job Summary
Sales Director to own the end-to-end sales cycle and drive revenue by selling Illumin’s SaaS platform alongside managed services and self-serve solutions to agencies and brands on the West Coast. Responsibilities include identifying, pitching, and closing deals; acquiring new clients and expanding relationships; collaborating with Account Managers and Product/Campaign teams for onboarding and campaign execution; leveraging knowledge of Real Time Bidding, programmatic, or ad network sales to deliver solutions; creating compelling pitches and presentations; traveling to client sites as needed to advance opportunities. Must be a proactive hunter with strong communication, relationship-building, and storytelling abilities, capable of managing multiple deals at different stages and contributing to a high-growth, remote-friendly sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in digital advertising sales
- Experience with Real Time Bidding, programmatic, or ad network sales
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales productivity tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft)
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and close deals with agencies and brands
- Experience selling SaaS platforms and managed services
- Ability to build and grow a book of business with new and existing clients
