Job Summary
Rotational Development Program for early-career professionals across Sales, Estimating, Production, and Execution & Delivery. Trainees will gain hands-on exposure to core functions, shadow Sales Engineers, review RFQs and proposals, manage opportunities in the CRM, observe production QA/QC, support order processing and client tracking, and develop technical proposals using CPQ software. The program emphasizes cross-functional learning, relationship-building, and progression to leadership roles within IEM.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business
- Available to begin full-time employment by July
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented
- Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
