Job Summary
Sales Development Specialist role driving regional revenue by converting inbound interest and outbound prospecting into high-quality sales opportunities. 50% digital lead intake/qualification; 50% outbound opportunity development within assigned territories. Responsibilities include managing inbound leads, qualifying fit through discovery, maintaining Salesforce data, providing insights on lead quality, researching key accounts, multi-channel outreach, scheduling qualified discovery meetings for field sales partners, and collaborating with field sales. Requirements include 2-3 years in sales-related roles, strong communication across channels, CRM discipline, and experience in B2B sales; preference for staffing, workforce solutions, logistics, or industrial services. Salary $21.00-$24.50/hour (annualized), remote option with time-zone preference, benefits package, and inclusive employment policies.
Required Qualifications
