Job Summary
Sales Development Specialist responsible for in-field sales with a majority of on-site visits (≈15 per week), coordinating with the Owner/Sales team, and performing light home-office admin. The role includes proactive routing, logging notes and metrics in the company software, and participating in weekly coaching and training at Surface Experts HQ. Ideal attributes include being coachable, curious, and detail-oriented, with strong customer-focused communication to map routes, book work, and convert leads provided by a dedicated Support Center. Training and ongoing coaching are provided; no prior industry or formal sales experience is required.
