Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive new business, engaging prospective clients via email, phone and chat, maintaining a well-organized CRM/pipeline, explaining Ziflow’s value over competitors, responding to inquiries promptly, and generating SQLs and opportunities for the Account Executive team; requires curiosity, problem-solving, data accuracy, initiative, and teamwork, with a path toward starting a career in sales and contributing to monthly quota targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales
- recent college or sales bootcamp graduate
- strong communication skills
- ability to educate prospects on benefits
- experience using a CRM and maintaining a pipeline
- team player with initiative and coachable attitude
