Job Summary
Identify prospects within Asia Pacific and map buyer personas; execute outbound engagement using cold calling and cold emailing, and leverage tools like Salesforce, Clari, Groove, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Own the inbound lead function and qualify opportunities to drive pipeline; collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to optimize conversion; target Hedge Funds and Investment Managers and book qualified opportunities for Sales Executives. Role located in Hong Kong with prospecting across Asia Pacific; growth-focused SDR path with opportunities to progress toward end-to-end sales.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience as an SDR (either in an internship or full-time role)
- Strong desire to be in sales
- Able to speak and write confidently in Chinese
- Creative and interpersonal with high emotional intelligence
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Resourceful and eager to learn
- Good judgment when handling new situations
