Job Summary

Sales Development Representative focused on recruiting and educating new Xero Accounting Partners from inbound leads, collaborating with Territory Account Managers to grow Xero practices in South Africa, and supporting the Account Executive Team with high-quality CRM data to drive sales activity. Hybrid role based in Cape Town (3 days in the office) with remote option. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, education, and growth of the partner base; achieving metrics (600 calls, 60 meetings, 25 new partners); maintaining Salesforce CRM data; driving participation in sales events, webinars, and Partner Forums; and leveraging strong telephonic communication, consultative sales skills, and CRM familiarity (Google Drive/Salesforce) to manage pipeline and partner relationships.
