Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities. Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline and exceed meeting and SQL targets. Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals, partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos, and conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing. Maintain clean CRM data, stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscapes, and contribute market feedback. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generation.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
- Confidence on the phone and in writing
- A reliable home/remote work setup
- Comfort with high volume (50+ touches a day)
- CRM discipline
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
