Job Summary

Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities. Perform high-volume outbound via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events; partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; conduct discovery to qualify fit and timing; maintain clean CRM data; stay informed on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends; consistently meet or exceed quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar) or equivalent
  • Confident communication on phone and in writing
  • Reliable home/remote work setup
  • Ability to conduct 50+ touches per day
  • CRM discipline and data hygiene
  • Eagerness to learn and track metrics
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services
