Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities. Perform high-volume outbound via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events; partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; conduct discovery to qualify fit and timing; maintain clean CRM data; stay informed on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends; consistently meet or exceed quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar) or equivalent
- Confident communication on phone and in writing
- Reliable home/remote work setup
- Ability to conduct 50+ touches per day
- CRM discipline and data hygiene
- Eagerness to learn and track metrics
- Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services
