Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities. Performs high-volume, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline and exceed meeting and SQL targets. Tailors outreach to prospect goals, partners with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos, and conducts discovery to qualify fit and timing. Maintains accurate CRM data, stays current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends, and aims to meet or exceed quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline. Remote-friendly role with a reliable home/remote work setup. Nice-to-have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/outsourced services.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
- Confident on the phone and in writing with ability to articulate value
- Reliable home/remote work setup
- Ability to perform high-volume outreach (50+ touches/day)
- CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes that AEs can use
