Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting across multiple channels to create sales-ready opportunities and build a robust pipeline. You’ll educate and qualify leads, conduct discovery to map stakeholders, partner with Account Executives to schedule calls and demos, maintain accurate CRM data, and stay informed on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends to sharpen messaging and cadence. The role requires 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience, a reliable remote work setup, the ability to handle 50+ touches per day, and a proactive, metric-driven approach. Nice-to-have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/outsourced services.
