Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities and act as the first contact for prospects evaluating Wing. Conduct high-volume, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline and exceed targets; tailor outreach to prospects’ goals and business models; partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos with smooth handoffs; conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; maintain accurate CRM records; stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape; achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated; fully remote role serving US-based time zones (Pacific/Eastern).
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
- Confidence on the phone and in writing to articulate value
- Reliable home/remote work setup
- Comfort with high volume (50+ touches a day)
- CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes usable by Account Executives
