Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities; be the first point of contact for prospects evaluating Wing. Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline and exceed targets; tailor outreach to prospect goals; partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; maintain clean CRM data; stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscapes; achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments and pipeline generated. Requirements include 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience, strong phone and written communications, reliable home/remote setup, ability to handle 50+ touches per day, CRM discipline, and a strong work ethic. Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
