Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified opportunities; partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams; maintain clean CRM records and stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends to sharpen messaging; operate in a remote-capable setup with the Columbus market focus and achieve monthly quota targets.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/inside sales or similar)
- confident with phone and written communication
- reliable home/remote work setup
- ability to handle 50+ touches per day
- CRM discipline with clean data and up-to-date notes
- driven to achieve quotas and learn continuously
