Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to prospect, educate, and qualify leads, partnering with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; conduct discovery, map stakeholders, maintain clean CRM, stay informed on AI/staffing trends, and achieve/exceed quotas.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
- Confident on the phone and in writing to articulate value
- Reliable home/remote work setup and the discipline to run a high-volume desk
- Comfort with high volume; ability to run 50+ touches a day
- CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes usable by AEs
- Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and willingness to learn
- Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services
