Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities; run high-volume outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to build pipeline and exceed meeting and SQL targets; tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals, partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos, and ensure smooth handoffs that convert into opportunities and closed-won deals; conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; acquire key prospect data and maintain clean CRM; stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscapes and share market feedback to sharpen messaging; achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months—2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
- Confidence on the phone and in writing to articulate value
- A reliable home/remote work setup and the self-discipline to run a high-volume desk
- Comfort with high volume; ability to perform 50+ touches per day
- CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes usable by AEs
- Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn; track numbers and conversion rates
- Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services
