Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Drive high-volume outbound prospecting to generate sales-ready opportunities for Wing, including multi-channel calls, email, LinkedIn, and events; tailor outreach to prospects’ goals, map stakeholders across Operations/Marketing/Executive teams, and partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos with smooth handoffs to opportunities and closed-won deals. Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; acquire key prospect data, maintain clean CRM records, and stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends to sharpen messaging and cadences. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline generated. Nice-to-have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/outsourced services.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
- Confidence on the phone and in writing to articulate value
- Reliable home/remote work setup
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach (50+ touches/day)
- CRM discipline with clean data and up-to-date records
- Eagerness to learn and track performance metrics (conversion rates, etc.)
