Job Summary

Sales Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to build pipeline and exceed targets; qualify leads, partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, demos, and smooth handoffs; conduct discovery to map stakeholders; maintain accurate CRM; stay informed on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends; achieve monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
  • Confidence on the phone and in writing to articulate value
  • Reliable home/remote work setup
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach (50+ touches/day)
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes usable by AEs
  • Eagerness to learn and track performance metrics (numbers, conversion rates)
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services
