Job Summary

Sales Development Representative to prospect, educate, and qualify leads, serving as the first contact for prospects evaluating Wing. Conduct high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline and exceed meeting and SQL targets. Tailor outreach to prospect goals, partner with Account Executives to schedule calls and demos, and perform discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing. Maintain accurate CRM data, stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends, and contribute to messaging. Achieve or exceed quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline. Nice-to-have experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
  • Confidence on the phone and in writing to articulate value
  • A reliable home/remote work setup and the self-discipline to run a high-volume desk
  • Comfort with high volume; ability to run 50+ touches a day
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes usable by AEs
  • Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn with trackable metrics
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services
