Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities. Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline and exceed quotas; tailor outreach to prospect goals; collaborate with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; conduct discovery to qualify fit, map stakeholders across functions, and maintain accurate CRM data; stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscapes and feed market feedback to refine messaging and cadences; achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline generation.
