Job Summary

Sales Development Representative responsible for high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting to create qualified opportunities. You’ll educate and qualify leads, partner with Account Executives to schedule calls and demos, conduct discovery to map stakeholders, maintain accurate CRM records, and persistently pursue monthly quotas for qualified appointments and pipeline. Strong communication, a reliable home/remote work setup, comfort with 50+ touches daily, and familiarity with AI/SaaS or staffing/outsourcing domains are valued. Location indicated as Kansas City with remote work capability.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
  • Confidence on the phone and in writing to articulate value
  • Reliable home/remote work setup and the discipline to run a high-volume desk
  • Ability to perform 50+ touches per day
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes that AEs can use
