Job Summary
Sales Development Representative focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to build pipeline for Account Executives. Responsibilities include prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events; conducting discovery to map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executives; maintaining accurate CRM data; and achieving monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline. Ideal candidates have 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience, a reliable home/remote work setup, comfort with 50+ touches per day, and strong CRM discipline. Nice to have experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/outsourcing services.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
- A reliable home/remote work setup
- Comfort with high volume; you can run 50+ touches a day
- CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes your AEs can actually use
