Job Summary
Sales Development Representative at Wing responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to create sales-ready opportunities. Duties include educating and qualifying leads, partnering with Account Executives to schedule calls and demos, conducting discovery to map stakeholders, acquiring prospect data, maintaining CRM accuracy, and meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline. Must be comfortable with rapid outreach, articulate value, and stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing trends. Strong emphasis on multi-channel outreach, outbound touches, and building a scalable pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar)
- Confidence on the phone and in writing
- A reliable home/remote work setup
- Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches a day
- CRM discipline
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services
