Job Summary

Sales Development Representative role focused on outbound growth for Medihive's revenue team in the UK and ROI markets. You will identify target accounts across private providers, insurers, pharma, clinic networks, pharmacy chains, and telemedicine platforms; build and own tiered account lists; execute high-volume personalised campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn; leverage AI and automation to scale reach while maintaining relevance; qualify inbound leads and run structured discovery conversations; hand off opportunities with tight context and warm introductions; maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to ABM and demand generation efforts. The role emphasizes an AI-native mindset, sharp account research, personalised messaging, and the ability to engage clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Remote-first with UK-based or ROI-based compensation, and a strong focus on healthcare customers, complex enterprise buying cycles, and healthcare procurement processes. The ideal candidate operates with a founder’s mindset, owns their numbers, and thrives in a mission-critical healthcare context.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience in SDR/BDR or sales-adjacent role
  • Prospecting into complex organisations and engaging clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills
  • AI-native mindset and use of AI tools for research, drafting outreach, and personalization
  • Fluency with modern GTM tooling: Sales Navigator, HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft (or equivalent)
  • Process discipline, CRM hygiene, and time/task management
  • Comfortable with cold calling and navigating gatekeepers to reach senior stakeholders
