Job Summary
Upsell outbound SDR role focused on driving growth within existing ANZ customers. Proactively generate and qualify outbound upsell opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts, and collaborate with Account Executives to progress and close deals. Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline, surface expansion signals with Marketing and Customer Success, and conduct discovery calls to align solutions with customer needs. Utilize channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, and other means; route qualified opportunities to Account Executives and maintain detailed CRM records. Remote-first with requirement to be based in Australia; opportunities to contribute to product launches and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR roles
- Confidence in prospecting and cold outreach via phone and email
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities with capacity to engage and influence decision-makers
- Experience using tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo/Lusha
- Goal-oriented mindset and a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs
- Resilience, curiosity, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
