Job Summary
Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads by engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyze their needs. Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities while profiling accounts and overcoming prospect objections to generate quality leads for Account Executives. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion, maintaining active communication with leads through monthly targeted materials and multi-channel follow-ups to nurture existing opportunities. Conduct business dealings in a professional, proactive manner as the primary point of contact for customers. Fluency in Turkish and English is required, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred for recent graduates. This role is based in Salesforce's Dublin office, the European Hub for Corporate Sales, offering a clear career path into EMEA positions after target achievement.
Required Qualifications

- Fluency in Turkish and English language
- Within 1 year of your graduation date
- Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Strong desire to work in sales
- Must be able to relocate to Ireland for this position
