Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for leading the early stages of the sales cycle: identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities; lead generation through outbound targeting, lead development, cold calling, and multi-touch outreach; follow up on inbound leads; meet monthly/quarterly lead and new meeting objectives; collaborate with account executives to build a robust pipeline; demonstrate accountability, learn and develop foundational sales skills, and show progression toward greater responsibilities within the sales organization; familiarity with Tipalti’s product value propositions and prospecting processes; strong communication, energy, and drive to excel in a fast-changing environment; SFDC knowledge and a proactive mindset are valued for ongoing development and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of SFDC
- 1+ years inside sales software experience preferred
- Experience calling into the CXO level
- Proven Track Record with New Account Development
- Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
