Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative for a 100% remote role with a structured path to an Associate Licensing Director in 18-24 months. Responsibilities include lead generation, outbound and inbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels; identify key decision-makers; qualify prospects; schedule meetings with Licensing Directors; qualify leads from marketing campaigns; manage CRM (Salesforce.com) and the prospecting pipeline; follow sales scripts and outreach cadences using tools like Outreach.io; develop essential sales skills for progression. Qualifications include a minimum of 1+ years in a professional setting (preferably sales-related or heavy phone experience), strong phone and email skills, proficiency with the internet and social media, coachable mindset; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. Bonus if you have prior remote work experience, familiarity with Outreach.io and Salesforce.com, or experience using AI tools for prospecting and outreach.
