Job Summary
Founding Sales Development Representative role within an AI-driven event platform team. Own outbound pipeline generation across multiple channels, prospect enterprise accounts, and secure qualified discovery meetings for account executives. Collaborate with GTM and marketing on positioning, messaging, ICP, and sequencing. Qualifications include strong English, 1–5 years of outbound B2B SaaS experience, Salesforce and sales-engagement tooling proficiency, and remote work from Brazil or LATAM with Brasilia business hours. Competitive compensation and 100% remote setup (Brasilia TZ). Responsibilities span multi-channel outreach, rapid follow-ups, qualification of meetings, CRM integrity, and contributing to SDR playbooks. Benefits include USD salary range of 30k–40k plus uncapped commission and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- C1-C2 English language proficiency; perfect written and spoken English required for outreach
- 1 to 5 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated 100% outbound track record with enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Proficiency with Salesforce as a daily working tool
- Experience with at least one sales engagement platform such as Outreach, Salesloft, or similar
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Based in Brazil or anywhere in Latin America with availability during Brasilia business hours
