Job Summary
Sales Development Representative at Stripe in Sydney, responsible for connecting prospective customers with Stripe, building a high-quality, predictable pipeline through cold-calling, email, and social outreach, booking meetings, qualifying business needs through consultative questioning, creating compelling outreach materials in collaboration with SDRs and Account Executives, executing outbound outreach driven by marketing, and maintaining accurate CRM data while meeting SLAs and contributing feedback to marketing for improved targeting and messaging. The role includes participation in Stripe’s Sales Development Associate program with mentorship and onboarding support.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of top performance or prior success in academic, extracurricular, or professional endeavors
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate complex topics
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and able to operate effectively in a hyper-growth environment
- This role requires in-office participation three (3) days per week in our Sydney office
